Buying a home in Hamilton is a different experience depending on the neighbourhood, the type of home, and where you are in the process. Some buyers come to me knowing exactly what they want. Others have a general idea and need someone to help them figure out the rest. Both are fine.
What I try to do is understand what actually matters to you, not just the checklist but the real priorities, and be honest with you along the way about what's realistic, what's worth it, and what to walk away from. I work a lot with first-time buyers and people drawn to older homes, but the common thread is usually people who want a real estate agent they can actually talk to.
